An Image that Inspires You

When to use it:

It is a simple way to break the ice and activate participation from the first minute.

Each person has their moment to express themselves, without pressure and in a different way.

A short, visual and powerful dynamic to start with energy and listening.

How Does it Work?

Spread the cards on the table with the image visible.

Ask each person to choose a card that inspires them — it may have to do with the project, the meeting or simply with how they feel at that moment.

Afterwards, do a short round to share the choice: What card have you chosen and why?

Questions in Motion

When to use it:

When you notice that the group’s energy is a little low, this dynamic is perfect for activating, motivating and moving people.

It also helps them to get to know each other better, interact and break the routine.

How Does it Work?

Spread the cards with the questions side up on a table or on the floor.

Ask each person to choose a card with a question they would like to ask another person.

When everyone has their card, let the game begin:

Ask them to move around the room while music is playing (or until you give a signal: a clap, a whistle…).

When the music stops or when you give the signal, each person gets together with whoever is closest.

They ask each other the questions and each one answers the other’s.

Afterwards, play the music again and repeat the process.

If the group is large, 4 or 5 rounds work very well; if it is small, 2 or 3 will be enough.

What We are Left With

When to use it:

At the end of a meeting, a training session or a project.

It is ideal for reflecting, closing with intention and reinforcing what has been learned together.

How Does it Work?

Spread the cards with the image visible.

Ask each person to choose the one that best represents what they take away from the project or the meeting: a learning, a feeling, an idea…

Afterwards, share the choices in a round, connecting the image with that learning or contribution that you take away from the project or the meeting.

It is a dynamic similar to “An image that inspires you”, but with a different purpose: to close and give meaning to what has been experienced.
