Teams Perform Better When Leaders Learn to Lead with Closeness and Trust
A Challenge Many Companies Share
“In my company, team managers are technically excellent but not as strong on the human side. They struggle to lead people, build connected teams, or collaborate with one another.”
Does this sound familiar?
Many industrial companies face this same challenge. It’s not about a lack of capability — it’s about a lack of tools, spaces, and conscious development of the leadership role.
And when that changes, everything changes.

Imagine this
Imagine leaders who:
Know how to build collaborative and trusting teams
Work aligned around a shared vision, not each going their own way
Embrace their role with enthusiasm, clarity and purpose
Contribute to making the organization flow more effectively
That’s what is happening at Egile, and we want to tell you about it.
The Egile Case
How It All Started
Egile, a company we had previously collaborated with, reached out to us after implementing several structural changes. They wanted to offer their production managers something more than a traditional “training program.”
They wanted something transformative.
That’s how this program was born. It has now been running for two years, involving 16 participants in an ongoing, human, and impactful journey.

What do we do in the program?
Monthly in-person sessions focused on key leadership skills, aligned with the organization’s values
Individual sessions at the beginning and end of each cycle to define personal goals and review progress
Practical challenges between sessions, directly applied to everyday work
Leaning visits to other companies to gain inspiration, broaden perspectives, and build networks with other managers
And plenty of space to talk about what truly matters
These sessions become a powerful boost of energy and motivation. Participants consistently leave feeling connected, grateful, and eager to grow.
You can watch the testimonial of two participants (Gaizka and Gorka) here:
Our Key as Facilitators
- We co-create the program through continuous listening:
What works for them? What doesn’t? What do they need now? - We know how to read the room. When something important is happening in the organization, we adapt the plan and address it.
- We also help them explore organizational inconsistencies and transform them into concrete improvement proposals.
This is not just training. It’s guidance, meaning, and mutual commitment.
“For us, Manahmana represents the heart of professionalism.
This translates into a professionalism deeply oriented toward our culture and the humanity of the people around us, showing both courage and sensitivity.
The freshness and awareness they bring through their creative, agile, and flexible way of working results in a sincere, honest, and humble collaboration.
The level of trust we have in them is simply indescribable”
