What Can We Offer You?
If there is a question that has resonated in the minds of hundreds of people, regardless of whether they are managers, directors or leaders of key areas, within the organizations with which we have worked, it is – almost always – this:
“How do we do it?”
“how Do We Build a Team that is more Committed to the Company’s Results?”
“how Do We Create Memorable Experiences both Internally and Externally?”
“how Can We Improve the Functioning of the Organization and Make it more Agile, Efficient and Productive?”
So they begin to implement actions that help them find the correct answer:
They hire consulting from “expert people” in the field to help them detect what they may be failing at and how they can motivate each person on the team.
They draft hundreds of analyses and reports to establish tangible objectives and detect “the points of improvement” that hinder the fluidity of work processes.
They organize a lot of “team building” meetings with the hope that, at the end of the day, the machinery will start working and the business will “finally” reach the desired results.
And, after trying very hard, they decide to redefine the strategy with another that doesn’t work either.
Until they come to our team, expecting a “concrete” answer and are amazed by what they find.
Because we demonstrate to them, with a simple example, that the real solution to all their concerns is found within the team itself and not outside of it
Think, for a moment, that the objective of your organization is to build a house.
Each person on the team has a unique and valuable skill: there are carpenters, electricians, plumbers, master builders…
And although all the people know what they should do, they do not understand that in order for their work to function, it is essential to work together.
If not, they will have uneven floors, a roof that leaks water, poorly placed pipes, and an unstable house that, if it managed to stand up, would not resist the first gust of wind.
And it is that many people underestimate the importance of working as a team until they understand that it is the only way to achieve ambitious and sustainable objectives over time.
The same thing happens with our “hypothetical house” as with companies.
We can achieve more together than apart.
Only by fostering collaboration, open communication and collective responsibility will teams be able to build that solid structure that will sustain the organization.

Perhaps, said like that, you have it clearer, and you only have one question in mind:
What role does Manahmana play in this whole process?

That we are like the architect of that “construction team” in your company and our job is to help it integrate in a fluid, effective and coordinated way.
We make sure to teach people how to align in the direction of their objectives, promote internal communication and collaborate with each other, offering them the necessary tools and resources to do their work in the most efficient way possible for the organization.
In short, we take care of ensuring that your team builds a solid and effective structure, capable of resisting any internal or external factor that tries to destabilize it.
And the name of what we do is “facilitation”
Facilitation is a team-centered approach that helps people collaborate effectively, make consensual decisions, and achieve common goals.
We use mechanisms that promote open communication, assertiveness, and collective responsibility to help organizations find solutions to their internal challenges.
Thus we guide companies to solve any obstacle that prevents them from advancing and achieving their objectives.
The work of facilitation is something that is highly valued in organizations like ours because it promotes cooperation, teamwork and the incorporation of different points of view for the solution of a challenge or a problem. From the first moment I was struck by your dynamism, freshness and joy that comes from the passion for enjoying the work you like. You have great empathy with the client and also a method to work without losing focus on the objective and the results.

Sorry, haven’t we told you who we are yet?
We are Aitor and Maialen
We created Manahmana to help companies develop projects that promote creativity, innovation, and internal communication.
After 8 years and after a deep analysis of what we did, we discovered that our job was not to give businesses “the formula” to achieve their goals, but to help them find their own solutions for:
Improve their decision-making.
Promote active listening within the organization.
Transform internal processes to align them with their values.
Design more effective communication channels.
Understand the importance of working together.
And create a reliable, communicative, and honest work environment.

And it Was then that We Discovered that this Way of Working is Called “Facilitation”.
Since then, we have been active members of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and we dedicate ourselves to guiding companies (and their teams) to identify the elements that will lead them in the right direction towards their business objectives.
In fact, we have been doing this for more than 15 years and we love growing companies by enhancing their human talent so much that we want to share with you how we do it.
Would you like your company to be the next to skyrocket its profitability, productivity, and the happiness of its employees and customers?
