We are Aitor and Maialen
We created Manahmana to help companies develop projects that promote creativity, innovation, and internal communication.
After 8 years and after a deep analysis of what we did, we discovered that our job was not to give businesses “the formula” to achieve their goals, but to help them find their own solutions for:

Promote active listening within the organization.
Transform internal processes to align them with their values.
Design more effective communication channels.
Understand the importance of working together.
And create a reliable, communicative, and honest work environment.


And it Was then that We Discovered that this Way of Working is Called “Facilitation”.
Since then, we have been active members of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and are dedicated to guiding companies (and their teams) to identify the elements that will lead them in the right direction towards their organizational goals.
