We are Aitor and Maialen

Thanks to Facilitation, we discovered that it was possible to design participatory spaces so that companies could achieve their goals in the shortest possible time.

Teaching them how to maximize the talents they already have.

Our job is to show people, teams, and organizations how to turn their individual skills into a collective strength.

That helps them communicate assertively, to solve conflicts and overcome internal or external business challenges, thus achieving their objectives in a cohesive manner.

Although he is more into running trails than marathons, he inspires us with his ability to continue growing professionally, propose new ideas, and carry them out without hesitation.

Audiovisual communication is as passionate for him as trail running and it is natural, because his talent for overcoming obstacles and growing despite them is definitely innate.

We are part of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and our purpose is to guide companies (and their teams) to identify the elements that will lead them in the right direction towards their business objectives.
