And, after trying very hard, they decide to redefine the strategy with another that doesn’t work either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until they come to our team, expecting a \u201cconcrete\u201d answer and are amazed by what they find.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because we demonstrate to them, with a simple example, that the real solution to all their concerns is found within the team itself and not outside of it<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Think, for a moment, that the objective of your organization is to build a house.

Each person on the team has a unique and valuable skill: there are carpenters, electricians, plumbers, master builders\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And although all the people know what they should do, they do not understand that in order for their work to function, it is essential to work together.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If not, they will have uneven floors, a roof that leaks water, poorly placed pipes, and an unstable house that, if it managed to stand up, would not resist the first gust of wind.

And it is that many people underestimate the importance of working as a team until they understand that it is the only way to achieve ambitious and sustainable objectives over time.

The same thing happens with our \u201chypothetical house\u201d as with companies.<\/strong>

We can achieve more together than apart.

We are Aitor and Maialen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We created Manahmana<\/strong> to help companies develop projects that promote creativity, innovation, and internal communication.

After 8 years and after a deep analysis of what we did, we discovered that our job was not to give businesses \u201cthe formula\u201d to achieve their goals, but to help them find their own solutions for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, we have been active members of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and we dedicate ourselves to guiding companies (and their teams) to identify the elements that will lead them in the right direction towards their business objectives.
